Certified Personal Trainer and Group Instructor, Nutrition Consultant,

200 Hour RYT 

As an ACE certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher, I have over 13 years experience in the fitness industry. 


My clients have ranged from 5 to 85 years old and from novice to advanced. Having taught Outdoor and Studio Bootcamps, Yoga, HIIT, Core Conditioning, Zumba, and Zumba Kids I bring all dimensions to small group training! 


Training is not just my job, but my passion. I see the potential in my clients even if they don’t even see it in themselves. 


In my spare time I love hiking, cooking, eating, and immersing myself in our local community.  I grew up in and love Tucson, so supporting local charities and businesses is very important to me!

Jen became an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and AFPA Certified Master Nutrition Consultant after being a public school teacher for 17 years. She didn't want to give up teaching, but needed something more flexible in order to help her own two children succeed in school. 


Because she's such a great teacher, Jen is our Lifestyle Coach.  She enjoys helping clients live healthier lives by teaching them how to develop exercise and nutrition routines in order to reduce stress and anxiety in their lives. 


Jen also has specialized training in helping clients train smartly through pregnancy and postpartum.


When Jen isn't working with clients, she is watching her kids play sports, enjoying the outdoors, reading, or traveling the world.

I grew up in a military family and fell in love with fitness at a young age. 


I have always been fascinated by the human body, and after having my daughter I decided to follow my dream of being a fitness instructor! I’ve been in the game for a little over 4 years now and it’s the most rewarding thing I have ever done! 


I am looking forward to helping so many more people on their fitness journeys!
